Binkie Bites: Valentine's Personal Pizza

A delightful and easy-to-make personal pizza perfect for Valentine's Day. Customize it with heart-shaped pepperoni and enjoy the cheesy goodness with your loved one.

Ingredients:

• 1 mini pizza crust
• 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Pepperoni slices as desired
• Heart-shaped pepperoni optional
• Fresh basil leaves optional
• Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Place the mini pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese

If using, place heart-shaped pepperoni on the pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust is golden brown

Remove from oven and let cool slightly

If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes before serving
