Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Cone Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 12 sugar cones
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Put powdered sugar and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth
Mix in the milk until everything is well mixed
Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Mix the peanut butter and whipped cream together until they are well blended
Milk that has been sweetened, vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts should all be carefully mixed in
Put the mixture into a big freezer bag and cut off one corner
Add the ice cream mix to the sugar cones, and then freeze them until they are firm
If you want the cones to set, dip the tops of them in melted chocolate after they are frozen
You can serve ice cream cones one at a time or put them on a cake stand to make a beautiful display
