Gluten-Free Caramel Magic Bars
Indulge in the creamy deliciousness of these gluten-free caramel magic bars. They are a perfect treat for those with gluten sensitivities or allergies, packed with layers of caramel, chocolate, coconut, and nuts (if desired) over a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted dairy-free butter
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup dairy-free caramel sauce
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1 can 14 ounces dairy-free sweetened condensed coconut milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted dairy-free butter
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish
Layer dairy-free chocolate chips, dairy-free caramel sauce, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using over the crust
Pour dairy-free sweetened condensed coconut milk evenly over the layers
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars
