Creamy Protein Green Smoothie



A tasty and healthy green smoothie full of minerals, vitamins, and protein to give you a boost of energy in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place spinach leaves, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, and honey in a blender

If desired, add a few ice cubes for a colder and thicker consistency

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
