Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Grahamwiches



Delicious and indulgent Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Grahamwiches combine the flavors of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and graham crackers in a delightful sandwich treat. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth

Mix in vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until well combined

Fold in mini chocolate chips

Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a log shape

Spread graham cracker crumbs on a clean surface and roll each log in the crumbs, pressing gently to adhere

Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours, or until firm

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Slice the chilled logs into thin rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Once the cookies are completely cooled, dust half of them with powdered sugar

Take one powdered sugar-dusted cookie and place a non-dusted cookie on top to form a sandwich

Repeat with the remaining cookies
