Skillet Potatoes with Red Pepper and Whole Garlic Cloves



This skillet potato recipe combines the hearty flavor of potatoes with the sweetness of red bell peppers and the aromatic essence of whole garlic cloves. It's a simple yet satisfying dish that makes a perfect side or even a main course.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 10 whole garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil

Put whole garlic cloves and diced potatoes in the pan

For about 15 minutes, stir the potatoes every now and then until they are golden brown and soft

Cut up some red bell pepper and add it to the pan

Cook for another 5 minutes

Paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and salt should all be used to season the food

Mix things together well
