Crockpot Salisbury Steak
Crockpot Salisbury Steak is a hearty and comforting meal made with tender beef patties smothered in a savory mushroom and onion gravy. This easy slow cooker recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or when you want a delicious homemade meal without a lot of effort.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10
- 5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined
Shape the mixture into 6 oval patties
Place the patties in the bottom of a slow cooker
In a separate bowl, mix together condensed cream of mushroom soup and water
Pour over the patties in the slow cooker
Add sliced onions and mushrooms on top
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is cooked through and tender
Serve the Salisbury steak with the mushroom and onion gravy from the slow cooker
