Mont Ventoux Feast

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Mont Ventoux wine
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 100g baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat
Season the lamb chops with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon slices, and chopped rosemary
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes
In a bowl, toss cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes with balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper
Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness
Meanwhile, grill the cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes until they are tender and slightly charred
