Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
This tasty turmeric cauliflower rice is a good alternative to regular rice that is also gluten-free. It's full of fragrant spices and tastes great as a bowl base or side dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add grated cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower rice
Stir well to combine
Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender
Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, before serving
